YouTube Music on Desktop normally forces AAC playback. This script changes the categorization of Opus itags to AAC, allowing itags 250, 251, 774 to be used for audio.

Due to changes to how YouTube Music loads its own scripts, this userscript now causes visual bugs and may also cause certain things to break. While I am looking into a solution to fix this, it's possible any workaround will require a substantial rewrite of the logic behind this script and may go beyond the scope of this project.

Glad your here. Just to let you know, this is a beta preview of an upcoming overhaul to my website. Here's a few things to note:

• This is a build from July 23, 2026.
• Certain elements don't scale correctly on vertical displays.
• Some versions of some projects are missing.
• All on-site downloads lead to a 404 page.
• Embeds for services like Discord don't exist yet.
